Mrs. Rickett obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside. She then went on to the University of Redlands where she completed her master’s degree in Learning and Teaching. She has seven years of experience in the field of education. Mrs. Rickett has worked for charter schools for four years.

Mrs. Rickett’s educational philosophy is that everyone can learn. She believes that all students can reach their full potential when provided with the appropriate learning environment and support.
